Casa Rossa is right next door to Casa Pineta Elba, it’s nestled among majestic umbrella pine trees, just steps away from the beautiful sandy beach of Marina di Campo.
The village centre is within easy walking distance, while a charming one-minute path through the pinewood leads directly to your spot on the beach.
Surrounded by nature, the house features a spacious garden and a wonderful shaded pergola, perfect for cooking, dining, relaxing, or enjoying an afternoon nap outdoors.
The property offers 6 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, including 1–2 en-suite bathrooms, making it ideal for families and groups. Three of the first-floor bedrooms enjoy beautiful sea views, allowing guests to wake up to the sight of the Mediterranean.
Families with children are especially welcome. The house is well equipped for little ones, with a changing mat, two cots, a high chair, toddler chairs , a potty and plenty of toys and books to keep them entertained.
Older children (and adults!) can enjoy a range of activities, including table tennis, chess, hammock and a paddle board for exploring the crystal-clear waters of Marina di Campo.
We have 6 bikes with 2 kids bike seats and a micro scooter for little ones.
