Casa Verde
The house can host up to 10 people (plus 2 cots) and has one large terrace with sea and pinewood view, 3 double bedrooms (one of which has also a single day bed) and 1 triple bedroom (loft type) all with really quiet Daikin Emura air conditioning.
Two bathrooms with showers on the first floor and one bathroom with shower on the ground floor which serves the Burma bedroom.
We have 3 cots available:
A small rocking Ubravoo grab-and-go cot 90 x 50 cm for babies 0-12 months with wheels, adjustable anti-reflux position and a mosquito net, very light and portable.
One classic Chicco travel cot 120 x 60.
One 120 x 60 Chipolino co-sleeping, with two different mattress hight adjustments and a bedside opening to be right next to your mummy and daddy!
Family room
Our biggest room, facing the huge terrace on the first floor, it has a lovely view of Marina di Campo beach and pine woods.
It has also a day bed that can be used as a sofa or a comfortable single bed. In this bedrooom there is also space for a cot.
Double bed: 160 cm mattress.

If necessary it can accommodate a single bed and a cot.

Burma room
Double bedroom on the ground floor overlooking the little porch next to the kitchen. It has a lovely vintage feel to it.
Double bed: 145cm mattress.
Kids room
Our Loft bedroom on the first floor is big and spacious, the terrace overlooks the pine woods and beach.
There are three single beds in this space, two of which can be placed together to form a double bed (180 cm wide) or can be used as singles.
The third bed is placed above and can be reached by climbing a ladder (not suitable for very young children).
casa rossa
Families with children are especially welcome. The house is well equipped for little ones, with a changing mat, two cots, a baby high chair, a toddler high chair, a potty, and plenty of toys and books to keep them entertained.
Older children (and adults!) can enjoy a range of activities, including table tennis, chess, and a paddleboard for exploring the crystal-clear waters of Marina di Campo.
We have 6 bikes with 2 kids bike seats and a micro scooter for little ones!
