Casa Pineta

I can fully recommend Casa Pineta! We had an amazing stay and Claudia took care of every detail to make our holidays relaxing and enjoyable. Claudia is such a wonderful host - we had a superb communication with her before and during our stay and she provided many useful recommendations. The house and garden are wonderful, beautifully decorated, so well equipped that we actually didnt need half of the things we packed. The bedrooms are big with lots of wardrobes and the beds are very comfy. There are also many bathrooms. The kids playroom is every parents dream - our toddler loved staying there and discovering cars, toys, board with chalk , train tracks etc while I could easily prepare some meal and still keep an eye on him. The best part is a well maintained, big garden with lots of shade (perfect for summer days), equipped with outdoor living room, kitchen and dining room - theres nothing better than starting and ending your day eating outside while listening to the birds singing on the trees. Location could not be better - the beach is just a few steps away, several restaurants for lunch and dinner right on the same beach or a few minutes walk.
We loved staying there and we will definitely come back.

You will love this house! A huge garden with an old palm tree, a perfect space for outdoor living with a kitchen that has everything you wish for a relaxed holiday for the whole family. The perfect WiFi was a huge plus for our youngsters. The interior of the house was nice as well. The free bikes made our morning shopping for sweets at the pasticceria a lot easier and the location, just a few steps away from the beautiful beach and cristal clear water, is a real plus. We really enjoyed our stay at your house.

Casa Pineta is a place you just don’t want to leave again - ever! The nice pictures says a lot, but sitting outside in the outdoor area, knowing that the beach is just outside the garden, really slows down your pulse. No need to take the car anywhere, bikes are at your availability, when you need to go to the bakery. We basically lived outside. The outdoor area is so cool and cozy and even though the house is perfectly decorated, modern and super cozy - making you feel at home - you just want to be outside.
Claudia is a very helpful and friendly host. She responds quickly if you have any questions, and she knows the Island and the area very well and is ready to guide you if needed. We - 8 people - had a wonderful time in Claudia’s house and will definitely recommend Casa Pineta.

Claudia has created a little piece of paradise in Marina di Campo and it’s a wonderful space for family to gather. There are an infinite amount of things for the kids to do and we barely scratched the surface! The beach is minutes away on foot, there are a number of nooks and crannies along with a gorgeous outdoor kitchen and lounge area on the property to enjoy, there are play areas for the kids just outside the property, it’s a quick 10 minute walk to town where you can enjoy a farmers market, explore local shops and take evening strolls, there are dozens of beaches to explore outside of Marina di Campo and the list goes on and on! We couldn’t have asked for a better retreat for our family. Thank you Claudia!

Deuxième fois dans la maison de Claudia et la magie a opéré encore une fois.. vacances parfaites et inoubliables en famille (3 générations) et tout le monde s’est régalé et profité du confort et commodité de cette typique « casa al mare » . A peine les valises sont posées qu’on s’y sent bien, à la maison, prêts pour déconnecter complètement et vivre simplement au rythme de l’île.
Claudia est toujours disponible, tu as l’impression de communiquer avec une amie de toujours et Simona est une perle très discrète mais précise si vous avez besoin pour la maison.
Bref, encore et toujours, je recommande vivement!
